Growing up

This year has flown by for me and there's been a lot of new developments around our house :) Eli wrote his first letter to santa (I'll have to post a pic of it later), mailed it and is so excited for Christmas! He's so funny and always jumping from every piece of furniture to the next, climbing every thing in site, and we have so many "big boy" conversations-he cracks me up! Plus, he's been sleeping through most nights without wetting the bed (wahoo!!) and is so proud of himself. We have a few accidents here and there but we are now saving a small fortune from not having to buy pullups-wowza! I'm so proud of him and he's growing up to be quite the little cutie.

As for this little monkey, she's been pulling herself up on everything, standing all on her own for a really long time and takes 1-2 tiny little steps . She's so close and she knows she's almost there-it's been fun to watch her, being so determined. She's growing so fast too and I just love this stage-she's teetery and wobbly and oh so cute. I'm kind of sad that it's happening so fast, but I'm so proud of her and can't believe she's turning 1 year this month. {sigh} Love these kiddos, they mean the world to me.

Holy cow! Eli looks so old! I don't think Jake has ever made a "grown-up" face like that!!! Having a boy for the oldest is such a great thing, and Eli definitely looks like a great big brother! We miss you guys!!! The Elk was also pretty amazing! I'll give ya a call!
